Accommodation Options (subject to availability)

• Host Family: Single room with Japanese family. Half board provided; breakfast and dinner on weekdays; breakfast, lunch and dinner on weekends.
• Student Dormitory: Live in a Dormitory with other students. Each room is furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and air-conditioning. Single private rooms are provided with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. No meals provided.
• Residence: Live in a single room in an international residence. Each room is furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and air-conditioning. Single private rooms are provided with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. Double shared room is available for two students applying together and studying for the same duration. No meals provided.
• Private Apartment: Private apartment suitable for 1 person or couple. One bedroom with separate kitchen and bathroom. No meals provided.
• Hotel: Hotel accommodation is available, for more information contact WLE.

Please Note: For Residence and Private Apartment accommodation, a cash deposit of 20,000 Yen (approx. EUR €150) is required to be paid on arrival. The deposit is returned provided there are no damages to the accommodation. For Student Dormitory, Residence and Private Apartment accommodation, electricity, gas and other utilities are not included. Approximate cost of utilities per month: 10,000 Yen (approx. EUR €75).

**Semester & Academic Year fees include visa processing charges. Students from some countries may require a visa for stays less than 6 months, please contact your nearest WLE Office for applicable visa processing charges.

Japanese Language Programs
Participants may choose one of the following Japanese Language Programs.

1) Intensive Program (Elementary to Advanced levels only)
Start Dates Long Term: Jan 7, Mar 31, Jul 7& Oct 6, 2008. Short Term: start on any Monday.

2) Conversation Program (All levels)
Start Dates Total Beginners: Jan 7, Mar 31, Jul 7, and Oct 6, 2008. Non-Beginners: start on any Monday.
